My path started at Elon University, where I was a Business Fellow in the Love School of Business. From there, I joined KPMG, first here in Charlotte and then in New York City, auditing real estate funds and REITs. Over the next 15+ years, I moved into corporate finance and accounting leadership roles at publicly traded and private-equity-backed real estate platforms, where the numbers had to be right, on time, every time.
Along the way, I saw how much that kind of discipline matters, and how valuable a strong accounting function can be to a business. Too many owners work with books that are months behind, numbers they don’t fully trust until tax time, or a bookkeeper who’s difficult to reach when a question comes up.
That’s why I started Huntersville Accounting & Advisory. I bring the same institutional rigor to small businesses across Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area: clean, current books you can trust and act on, and a direct line to the person doing the work. Outside the office, I’m a husband, a dad of four, and an active member of our church. I grew up in New Jersey with a love for the beach, baseball, and hiking. Getting to build this business in the same community where I’m raising my family is a dream come true.
